bengar Terms and Conditions

1.1 Precedence of Terms

These Terms always take precedence over any promotional material, verbal promises or advertisements by bengar. In the event of any dispute, the written provisions of this document shall be considered final.

1.2 Scope of Services

bengar provides the following services:

• Slot games and jackpots
• Cricket, football and other sports betting
• Fishing games and crash games
• Financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years of age to participate in gaming and betting activities on bengar (for ages 21+). Providing a false age during account registration is strictly prohibited. bengar may request any government-issued ID to verify age.

2.2 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bengar reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes:

• Full name (as per national ID card)
• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address (if applicable)

3.1 Password Security

Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect that someone has obtained your account credentials, change your password immediately and notify the bengar support team.

3.2 Third-Party Use

Placing bets or playing games on behalf of another person using your own account is strictly prohibited. Transferring, selling or renting an account is also not permitted.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, bengar may request a national ID card, passport or other documents for identity verification. If a member fails to provide the correct documents in time, the transaction may be put on hold.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Members can deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and others). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.3 Account Name Consistency

The name on the mobile banking or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the bengar account. If the names do not match, the transaction may be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bengar determines that a member is abusing the bonus system (for example: completing wagering with low-risk bets, claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts), bengar reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit related winnings.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on bengar are operated through technically certified software. There is no way to influence game outcomes and equal opportunity is ensured for all members.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a server issue or technical error, bengar reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet. In such circumstances, no claims based on a faulty result will be accepted.

6.3 VIP Program and Cashback

bengar's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Progression through tiers depends on the member's activity and participation.

• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or software errors
• Gaining an advantage through fraud, deception or false information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Cyber attacks or hacking with the intent to disrupt platform operations

8.1 Closure by bengar

In the event of a breach of the Terms, bengar may close an account without notice. In this case, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

8.2 Closure at Member's Own Initiative

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the bengar support team. All active bonuses and bets must be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

bengar may send an inactivity notice to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months). If there is no activity even after the notice, the account may be archived.

9.1 Gaming Losses

bengar is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from playing games or placing bets. Gaming decisions must be made entirely at the member's own discretion. For more details, please read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

9.2 Technical Interruptions

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet outage, power failure or device error, bengar will settle that bet as accurately as possible. However, bengar's liability is limited in situations arising from such external causes.

10.1 Purpose of Data Use

Members' data may be used for the following purposes:

• Account verification and identity confirmation
• Processing financial transactions
• Sending relevant promotional information (with the member's consent)
• Fraud prevention and security assurance

10.2 SSL Protection

bengar uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data exchanges secure. Personal and financial information is not shared with third parties, though data may be provided to authorities when legally required.

11.1 Right to Make Changes

bengar reserves the right to amend or change these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a platform notification.

11.2 Continued Use After Changes

If a member continues to use the platform after the Terms have been changed, they are considered to have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please contact the support team to close your account.
